What we're building?
Elevate Design Club runs through three interconnected experiences:
The Summit
An interactive leadership conference designed for deep learning, meaningful conversations, and real-world perspectives from experienced design and business leaders.
This is not a stage-and-audience format. The Summit is built around dialogue, shared learning, and reflection, where ideas are explored, questioned, and applied.
Events
Curated experiences like intimate dinners, games, city walk, and engagement-led gatherings.
These events are designed to slow things down, create trust, and help leaders connect beyond titles and roles. Conversations here go deeper than work and relationships last longer than the event.
Elevation
A multi-day leadership offsite with exceptional leaders, immersive activities, and guided reflection.
Elevation is crafted to create clarity, growth, and perspective. It's a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with the kind of leader you want to become, often described as truly life-changing.
